The Feng Shui Consultation Process
Feng Shui addresses the quality and quantity of energy in your environment. Is it alive? Does it flow freely? Does the space truly suit your needs? Does energy rush through the space? Are there places where energy is stuck? The belief is that the energy you are literally “swimming in” has a great impact on how things flow for you in all areas of life. Creating a thriving environment with a smooth and balanced flow of vital ch’i is the goal in Feng Shui. Consultation begins with a brief discussion of events leading up to the decision to seek Feng Shui analysis, and what you hope to achieve in the process. You’ll be guided through placement of the Bagua (or Feng Shui “template”) over your space, and asked to focus on two or three areas of life in which you desire change. Liz will then accompany you throughout the space, questioning, commenting, intuiting and interpreting the current arrangement of items and their meaning to you. You’ll work from a macro level (looking at the layout of the entire home and each floor) to a micro level (addressing specific bagua areas in certain rooms). It is a fascinating process that is uniquely individual, very revealing and quite fun. Liz encourages the most creative of design solutions, stressing that the more PERSONAL the Feng Shui cures, the more POWERFUL the results!

COMMERCIAL CONSULTATIONS Creating a workspace with nourishing energy (ch’i) contributes to productivity and harmony among workers. Feng Shui’s bottomline: Business soars as good energy breeds healthy and productive workers.
Consultation begins with a brief discussion of company history and key personnel, and recent events leading up to the decision to seek consultation. A blueprint of the office is useful in analyzing layout of the “bagua” on multiple levels. Focus can range from the office building as a whole (macro level), to an individual office or cubicle (micro level).
Feng Shui provides solutions for designing a space to optimize all available resources. Throughout the consultation process, suggestions will be made to allow for a workspace with “good Feng Shui” – full of life, rapport among co-workers, smooth flow of energy from room to room, with all necessary tools close at hand. REMOTE CONSULTATIONS If you live outside the greater metropolitan Kansas City area, Liz is available for consultation by phone. Drawings, photos and/or sketches of your home can be transmitted via Internet or snail mail, for review and follow-up phone call. Depending on how your sketches/photos are transmitted, remote consultations typically require 3 hours (or more) for receipt, in-depth review, preliminary questions and final phone conference.
